Chacho's Original is a Cuban roast coffee blend named for Evelio "Chacho" Hernandez, the youngest son of Columbia Restaurant founder Casimiro Hernandez. Chacho roasted coffee for the Columbia from 1926 to 1983, and he is pictured on the front of the bag.

Roasted in Tampa by Naviera Coffee Mills, family-owned and operated since 1921.
